"As a veterinary professional myself, I can state with conviction that emergency veterinary personnel are built different. But these folks not only came immediately to our aid at 3AM, they kept in communication throughout the entire 36-hour ordeal.While our beloved girl was too frail to recover, that didn't stop the staff from fighting for her best interests the entire way. The doctors, the techs, the assistants, the receptionists - each and every person there radiated concern and empathy. They did absolutely everything they could, and eventually the kindest choice was humane euthanasia. They put flowers on her little box when they sent her home with us, a little poem taped to the lid.We'll always take my kids here in case of emergency. We always felt heard, everything was explained in detail, they always asked if we had more questions. And if plans changed, they were instantly flexible. They treated us with kindness and compassion, and we never felt talked down to.100%, Grade-A experience, would absolutely recommend."
