The doctors, the techs, the assistants, the receptionists - each and every person there radiated concern and empathy. They did absolutely everything they could, and eventually the kindest choice was humane euthanasia. They put flowers on her little box when they sent her home with us, a little poem taped to the lid.We'll always take my kids here in case of emergency. We always felt heard, everything was explained in detail, they always asked if we had more questions. And if plans changed, they were instantly flexible. Only 15% of animal hospitals in the United States and Canada are accredited by AAHA, which is recognized worldwide as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine.
